Digital Gift Cards

  • Gift cards selected and redeemed through Giftag are final and non-refundable

  • Once a gift card is chosen by the recipient, Giftag LLC cannot modify or exchange it

  • Any issues with redeemed gift cards must be addressed with the respective retailer

Giftag Purchase Protection

  • For security and fraud prevention, all Giftag purchases are final once confirmed

  • This includes both digital Giftags and monetary amounts added to Giftags

  • Your purchase is protected by our secure payment processing system

Physical Products

  • Giftag cards and stickers are non-refundable once purchased

  • This policy helps prevent fraudulent use and ensures security for all users

  • If you receive damaged Giftag products:

    1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

    2. Include photos of the damaged items

    3. We'll arrange to send replacement Giftags at no additional cost

Additional Terms

  • Giftag LLC reserves the right to deny any replacement requests, refunds, or returns at its sole discretion

  • We may require additional verification or documentation before processing any claims

  • Giftag LLC maintains this policy to protect against fraudulent activity and ensure service quality for all users
